I just tested it with mine and it all seems ok, the form appeared, and updated perfectly fine. I’ve also had a look at your site, and its displaying ok here (obviously I can’t test the updating function on your site though.).

Which part isn’t viewing correclty? I hope I can help you out with this.

Dean, just found out that the plugin doesn’t layout correct on IE7. It does work on Firefox
